Investigator Stacy Turner has been in law enforcement since 2007 and has served the citizens of West Columbia since 2009. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Radford University in Radford, VA. Investigator Turner is the department’s Victim’s Advocate. She ensures that all victims in the City of West Columbia have their rights protected and assists victims of crimes as they navigate their way through the criminal justice process. Investigator Turner also secures the necessary resources to ensure victims receive medical and mental health services. She is also the head of the department’s Crisis Negotiation Team and serves with Officer Kaiser on the Attorney General’s Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
